Pair of Large open topped tailors thimbles made by C.S.Osbourne.

Buying two gives you one and a spare, which is helpful because they can be easy to misplace.

Note that the nickel plating can strip off over time exposing the brass. Due to the copper content of brass it can react with your finger leaving a green residue. It is harmless and just wipes off.

A fraction of people also have an allergic reaction to nickel, so you may want to buy a non-plated thimble instead.
